Three bedrooms — each with its own balcony offering breathtaking lake and mountain views — sleep up to six guests. Two modern bathrooms serve the apartment, and the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is spacious and fully equipped. Air conditioning is available throughout. The building has a shared entrance, garden, and private beach area with a wood-fired BBQ.
The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The residence is a lakeside condominium with a shared entrance, garden, and beach area. It's separate from the Villa Rina estate but equally close to the village of Porto Ceresio and all its amenities.
First-floor apartment with no elevator. The building has a shared entrance. Free parking is available on site. The private beach and garden are shared with other residents of the condominium.

Check-in is conducted in person by your host Marco — please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. A €50 fee applies for check-in or checkout outside the standard hours. A refundable security deposit of €100 is required for larger groups and will be collected at check-in. Valid ID or passport required for all guests to comply with Italian registration laws.

Carry ID/passport for Switzerland. Lock your phone to an Italian network to avoid Swiss roaming charges.
